- 7–14 days before start: 75% of booking amount.
- 0–6 days before start: 100% of booking amount (non-refundable).

- Charges are based on the effective cancellation date relative to the tour/activity start date, unless specified otherwise in the booking confirmation:

- No-Show: Failure to attend the tour/activity without confirmed cancellation incurs 100% charges.
